FAQs

I feel nervous about talking to someone about this.

Many people do. It can feel daunting to talk about something so private with someone you have never met. We will not judge you. We are here to help you, at your own pace.

What do I do if I want to book a session?

Use our contact form, or call or WhatsApp 07465 226668. We will arrange a free phone consultation, so you can decide whether you want to book a session.

Are sessions confidential?

Yes. What you tell your therapist stays between you and them. There are limits. We must act if someone is at risk of serious harm, including a child. We would usually tell you first, but not always. Therapists also discuss their work with a clinical supervisor, without identifying you. See our Privacy Policy for how we look after your information.

How many sessions will I need?

This is different for everyone. It depends on what you want to work on. We will talk it through together.

How often will we meet?

Most people start with weekly sessions. After about six sessions, we review together how therapy is going and decide what comes next.

When are you open?

Sessions are available Monday to Friday, 8am to 7pm. Some therapists also see clients on Saturdays, 9am to 1pm.

Can I have therapy online?

Yes. Sessions can take place online, using Zoom or Teams, or in person. You can call or WhatsApp us in confidence on 07465 226668.
