Ian Richards
Ian has over ten years’ experience of working with various mental health issues and in particular individuals who are struggling with obsessive compulsive sexual behaviours.
He also has vast experience of working with individuals who are struggling with paraphilia thoughts, feelings and emotions, as well as those have been arrested for online sexual offenses. He also works with the family members who are struggling to come to terms with the affect that this has taken on the family.
An Empathic and Compassionate Psychotherapist
Ian is able to offer a compassionate non-judgmental approach with an aim to help the client feel safe and at ease. One of Ian’s strengths is that he seems to have a knack of sifting through the many facets of the client’s tribulations and helping them to discover who they really are. He puts this down to his ADHD, as ADHD people seem to be able to think outside of the box, (see things form different angle).
